    Taught by Physical Therapist, MSW, & Yoga Instructor, Randi Schwartz. Randi’s combined expertise in PT, social work, and yoga informs her unique gift to connect with health care personnel. She understands the daily challenges they face. Randi will teach your staff simple yoga techniques that they can use at home or on the job from breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness to chair or floor yoga poses that increase flexibility and strength.

  • Self-Defense for Health Care Personnel

    Taught by DT Pro Chief Instructor & Founder, Tim Vazquez. Tim has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement. He is a retired New Jersey State Investigator. He also has over 42 years of martial arts experience and actively operates a martial arts school. Topics he teaches include: how to recognize the warning signs of potential danger, how to de-escalate conflict, and how to protect oneself in a violent situation. Tim will design a course in accordance with your agency policies. If requested, he also incorporates fitness training.
